Our hosted wine experiences bring together thoughtfully selected wines, food pairings, and the natural setting of the Florida Keys.

Led by Tom “The Somm” Smith and the Barefoot Sommeliers, each experience is relaxed, conversational, and customized for the group. Guests do not need any previous wine knowledge to participate.

This experience may include a selection of premium sparkling wines accompanied by light bites, charcuterie, sushi, or other pairings. Packages can be customized for an intimate cruise for two or a larger group celebration as well as dietary and restrictions & preferences.

Sample beers inspired by destinations such as Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and the Florida Keys. Each beer is served with a food pairing influenced by the flavors and culinary traditions and street food from each area.

This is an island-style beer adventure built for guests who enjoy trying something outside the ordinary.

Florida Craft Brews Cruise

Explore Florida one brewery and one bite at a time.

This hosted tasting highlights craft beers from different parts of the state, paired with foods inspired by cities and regions such as Miami, Palm Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine, Tampa, and the Florida Keys.

It is a floating tour of Florida’s beer culture and regional flavors.

Burgers, Bubbles & the Bay

Award-winning burgers, cold beers and time on the water.

This experience features award-winning food from M.E.A.T. Eatery and Taproom, including smoked wings, seasoned pork rinds, an award-winning burger, classic sides, and Key lime pie in a jar.

Our sommelier will be pairing a beer with each course.

Stock the Boat Before You Go

Make your Captain Sharky charter even easier by having food and beverages prepared and delivered directly to the boat.

Instead of stopping for supplies or carrying coolers, guests may select from a range of provisions before the trip. Your order will be prepared in advance and ready when you board.
